M Wing houses the Performing Arts Center (PAC) and the Experimental Theater, which, together with the art gallery, form the epicenter of ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ art. The PAC was first proposed in 1973 to be a regional center for the fine and performing arts. By November 5, 1976, the Performing Arts Center was established as the main performance facility and theater on campus. It seats 550 people in the main auditorium and the Experimental Theater, also located in M Wing, provides an additional intimate setting for plays.

Throughout its nearly five decades, the PAC has opened its stage to ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ students, faculty, staff and the surrounding region, as well as to world-renowned professional performers, organizations, lecturers, other universities, and community programs. Many annual performing programs include the Subscription Series, Centerstage Series, Professional Guest Artists, Children’s Summer Playhouse, Seasonal Performances, fundraisers, and end of semester performances, recitals, and concerts. The Atlantic County Allied Arts Council also uses the PAC as its home, bringing ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ University together with Atlantic County and the State of New Jersey.
