A: When a package arrives, it is scanned and a confirmation email is sent to the student’s ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ email address which includes the zone that the package is in. Both package and letter mail is picked up at the window. Packages may also be assigned to a locker for pickup at your convenience. If your package is assigned to a locker, your confirmation email will include a QR code to be used at the kiosk self-checkout screen.
A: Please bring your student ID or another photo ID when attempting to retrieve packages from the mailroom along with the zone location from the confirmation email.
A: No, unfortunately we do not. However, the bookstore on the Galloway campus does sell stamps.

A: Students can send out anything that has a prepaid label on it. We can take USPS, UPS, FED-EX and DHL (prepaid).
We cannot take any package over 13 ounces with stamps on it by law.
A: USPS/Fedex/UPS do not have a set time for deliveries. They come various times throughout the day.
